Welcome

At Spring Hill College, the department of Information Technology Services is dedicated to providing quality infrastructure, technical and software support. Whether a campus user has a question about the use of a software application; needs assistance with College-owned equipment or needs to reserve multimedia equipment for a presentation, Information Technology Services staff are prepared to help.

What We Do:

  • 1st Point of Contact for Tech Questions
  • Software Support
  • Hardware & Network Questions Answered
  • Respond to Network Problems
      

    Hours of Operation

    There are 3 ways to contact the Help Desk:

    1. By Phone at (251.380.2276)

    2. In Person at the Help Desk on the First Floor of Burke Library

    3. Via email at helpdesk@shc.edu

    The Help Desk is staffed live during these hours:

    • Weekdays: 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM

    • Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

    • Sundays: 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM

    After Hours, and on Holidays you can contact them by voicemail at (251.380.2276) or email at helpdesk@shc.edu
