Whether a campus user has a question about the use of a software application; needs assistance with College-owned equipment or needs to reserve multimedia equipment for a presentation, ITS staff are prepared to help.

The Help Desk is staffed live during these hours:

Weekdays: 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM

Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
