At Spring Hill College, the department of Information Technology Services is dedicated to providing quality infrastructure, technical, and software support. Whether a campus user has a question about the use of a software application; needs assistance with College-owned equipment or needs to reserve multimedia equipment for a presentation, ITS staff are prepared to help.

    Hours of Operation

    There are 4 ways to contact the Help Desk:

    1. Reporting a problem in SchoolDude

    4. In person at the Help Desk on the First Floor of Burke Library 


    The Help Desk is staffed live during these hours:

    • Weekdays: 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM

    • Saturdays: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

    • Sundays: 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM
