ENG 240: Introduction to Poetry

The American Poetry Review publishes a diverse array of the best contemporary poetry and literary prose. APR also aims to expand the audience interested in poetry and literature, and to provide authors, especially poets, with a far-reaching forum in which to present their work.

The Iowa Review is an American literary magazine that publishes fiction, poetry, essays, and reviews. The Iowa Review is produced at the University of Iowa which is home to the celebrated graduate-level creative writing program commonly known as the Iowa Writers' Workshop.

The Kenyon Review is a literary magazine based at Kenyon College in Gambier, OH. The Review was founded in 1939 by John Crowe Ransom, critic and professor of English at Kenyon College, who served as its editor until 1959.

The New England Review is an American quarterly literary magazine published by Middlebury College. It publishes poetry, fiction, translations, and nonfiction, and is associated with the Bread Loaf Writers' Conference, which The New Yorker called "the oldest and most prestigious writers' conference in the country.
