Most important services

The survey asked staff to rate the importance of various services to them.  The following were the 10 services rated either "Ïmportant" or "Very Important"by the highest percentage of staff:

  • Overall computing service
  • E-mail services
  • Access to online resources from off-campus
  • Virus protection
  • Desktop/laptop computer replacement
  • The wired network
  • E-mail SPAM filtering
  • The time it takes to resolve your desktop/laptop computing problem
  • BadgerWeb (e.g. time cards, benefits)

Highest satisfaction

The survey also asked staff to rate their satisfaction with various services.  The following 10 services received the highest number of "Satisfied" or "Somewhat Satisfied" ratings:

  • Physical library collections
  • Library circulation services
  • Current library schedule
  • Ease of finding physical materials in the library
  • E-mail services
  • Support when you have a BadgerWeb (e.g. time cards, benefits)
  • Computing Help Desk schedule
  • Support when you have a CX/CARS problem
  • Physical comfort in the library (e.g. seating, lighting)
  • E-mail SPAM filtering
