March Database of the Month: Credo Reference

Our featured database of the Month for March is Credo Reference!  Credo Reference is one of our largest providers of online reference material - think of it as a great equivalent to Wikipedia that you can cite for your classes!  Our Credo collection contains almost a thousand reference titles that contain:

  • "Over 3 million full-text entries alongside thousands of easily searchable images, audio files, and videos
  • Access to hundreds of in-depth titles covering every major subject from current Social Issues to Ancient History and Shakespeare to Einstein
  • Includes vetted and notable content from over 100 publishers" - Credo

They provide a plethora of additional training materials.  Two of our favorite videos are below - their introduction video and a video that describes their mind mapping tool.

Their mind mapping tool is very helpful if you are exploring a topic and determining the best way to approach a subject.  It presents the information in a visual format that allows you to visually
